Intensive Moscow's Assaults Eliminate Power In Kyiv

Power facilities under attack in the region
The country's energy systems have come under increased attacks in the past few days

During the night, Moscow's aerial assaults have resulted in blackouts in large parts of the capital city, the Ukrainian capital.

Several individuals were wounded while local people in eastern neighborhoods were left without electricity and dealt with disruption to water systems, per reports from city officials.

Meanwhile, a minor was fatally injured in a different aerial attack in the southeastern region in the country's south-east, based on information from area administrators.

Russian forces has intensified strikes on energy facilities over recent weeks, while Ukrainian leadership has demanded "concrete actions" from allies to apply pressure on Russia.

"The necessity is not superficial actions but strong steps - from the America, Europe and the major economies - in providing protection systems and implementing restrictions," was stated in a social media post.

Officials stated that numerous aerial vehicles and more than 30 rockets attacked energy facilities, labeling such strikes as "premeditated" and against "essential services" as winter approaches.

Energy officials said Moscow was "conducting extensive attacks" and repair crews were striving to fix the damage.

A barrage of missiles damaged electrical systems and residential structures in Kyiv.

Several of the people wounded in the strikes on the city have been transported for medical care, per statements from local officials.
